Purple Dreams
I dream of a lavender sea,
Flooding the halls
Acting as amaranth aristocrats over the other three,
Each drop answering their calls.
I dream of violet flags
Dancing in the frosty wind
Guiding those lost rags,
All so undisciplined.
I dream of mulberry scars
Some outside, some in.
While I hide with the stars,
Wine-like tears flow down my chin.
I dream of an orchid love
Seeming so many worlds apart,
Yet as vibrant as a foxglove
And close in my heart.
