Poetry by D.R. Vol.3
The language
We all speak it
The language
Unknowingly
Without a word
We speak novels
What happened
We used to be so lively
Quills and papers instead of a screen
The butcher, the baker, the freshness
All taken by superstores
We don’t know why
Or when it went
But it did
My shot at a haiku
I don’t know the dog
Where he goes or what he wants
Food is my best guess
