I didn’t know
Last minute papers, projects, and assignments.
Procrastination is my worst enemy, but who could have known—
It came from within.
“You get it from your father.”
“Nope, that’s your mother’s gene!”
“Your grandparents were always on time.”
“Get it together kid!”
“You used to be so organized.”
It crazy how things change.
It’s crazy how people change.
Last minute plans, conversations, and friendships.
“What do you mean you didn’t call him back?”
“Are you coming with us?”
“Did you ask your parents?”
“Why didn’t you text me back?”
Procrastination is my worst enemy, but it’s not my fault.
