The Sun Is The Reminder That The Darkness Will Be Back Again
I hear chimes, Dreadful chimes
I sit up, the warmth I was once eloped in fades from the top half of my body,
I can see I fall back, the warmth comforts me again, yet I cannot see
I let a long breath escape my body
Relax, Breath in
I swing my legs and stand up
My legs heave under the weight of my body
I sit back, and fall back down The warmth comes back
So, does the darkness
The Chimes start again
I sit up
This time I cannot see, yet I’m cold Light blinds my eyes
I cannot lay back down
Relax
Breathe
Lay back down
Comfort
Warmth
Yet, darkness surrounds me
The Chimes start again
