A pool of ink as rich as midnight,
Enough to scare the dusk into daylight
Is it a mask? A simple facade?
Hiding behind a life of fraud?
Indicating that it’s something more,
Looking for an extensive encore
A color that is all colors,
Reflecting the bright shades of others
A vibrant rainbow bursting with light
Yet, suffocated by clouds as dark as graphite
