Michael
I simply cannot believe you’re gone
It seems as if I’ll be seeing you at lunch
Like I’ll be hearing funny stories about you
Like you’re still here, but you’re not.
It doesn’t seem real
And I’m honestly scared.
Will I ever see you again?
Will I ever hear your voice again?
Probably not.
I cannot listen to that song without tears
I cannot seem to go a day without thinking about what happened to you
And I’m so sorry.
But everything will be okay.
Wounds heal and sadness fades
But you will never be forgotten
You will be in our hearts forever until we meet again.
