Can't We Go Back to Seven
Can’t we go back to seven
Where things were easier and fun.
Can’t we go back to seven
When life had just begun.
Can’t we go back to seven
When we had millions of best friends.
Can’t we go back to seven
When things would never end.
Can’t we go back to seven
When things were pretty in pink.
Can’t we go back to seven
Before life started to stink.
Can’t we go back to seven
Before the judgment started.
Can’t we go back to seven
When my feelings were bighearted.
Can’t we go back to seven
When stress wasn’t a thing.
Can’t we go back to seven
When my favorite thing to do was sing.
Can’t we go back to seven
Before I would cry.
Can’t we go back to seven
When we would get a piece of the pie.
Can’t we go back to seven
When I found a four-leaf clover.
Can’t we go back to seven
To start our life over.

I was inspired to write this by a dream I had. I was in kindergarten having fun, but thinking about my life now it's much more stress-filled and when I was seven I was carefree and happy. I'm hoping people get the feeling of their own childhood and be happy.
