Peace and Curiosity
After looking into a pair of dark brown eyes for so long
Noticing her steel blue ones brought me peace and curiosity
It’s like I was engulfed into a beautiful bottomless ocean
I instantly longed to explore everything that she is
I think she could tell by the way I smiled at her
Even though she told me she had no idea
Since then i’ve been diving deeper and deeper into what is hopefully an endless journey to the core of her mind and soul
It’s six months later and I’m still in the shallow end toward the surface
but I’m in no rush
I feel as if I’ve already fallen so deeply
But I have yet to even realize how far down I can manage to explore within this lifetime
My brain just doesn’t have the capacity to understand all of her depth yet
her unknown inspires me, she motivates me to keep going
Who knows what we will uncover?
Together our energy could be enough to bring light to the places within her that it has never been able to reach before
Maybe some things will always float around in the unknown
But her mystery is worth trying to unveil
Even if it takes a whole lifetime.
