Losing every innocence

So let the truth be told
The craving
It tormented my being
Forgive me.
I lost myself
And the one thing I believed in.

I am a member of the Class of 2018 at Whittier Tech High School and plan to attend UMass Lowell in the fall of 2018 to major in music. I have been writing poetry for the past several years and am currently working on publishing a compilation of all of my poetry.
