Trumpets and guns
What I can recall-
There were trumpets,
Blowing down aisles
Reaching it's depths.
And there were guns,
Cutting each off with
A single metal bullet.
The trumpets fell to their knees,
Giving one final weak 'tut'
Before the sound ended.
Their bodies were dragged,
And thrown into the ocean tide,
Where the foam that subsided
Engulfed them whole.
