We sit in silence in the backseat, our fingers secretly intertwined
Reminiscing about our brief moments in a stolen paradise
We nod a solemn farewell before I return to the austerity of my home, you to yours
And in the early hours of the morning, I’m yours again as we lie in our beds
And we love until sleep defeats us
Our bodies filled with lust, our hearts filled with longing
Soon my love, we shall no longer be forbidden
- the agony of young love
