I can’t sit still
My heart is going a million miles a minute
It might be my girl it might be
Lack of physical activity
But who knows
Cause I sure as hell don’t
I wish I did though.
It would be nice if I could stop
Bouncing my leg
And take a second to comprehend things but
I really, in all seriousness can’t control this
I wish I could
Everything is going so fast
I just want to be calm and sleep.

I was really hyper when I wrote this. I can never control it and it happens every once in a while. Sometimes it's when I get really excited and others when I'm really angry. But this time I think it was because I kissed my girlfriend.
