And now its time to say goodbye to all my little friends,
Who gave me courage
And strength through good and bad,
But after four long years im alone and sad.
Because as we grow and time goes on I lose you,
And cant go back,
My friends go on,
Day by day,
But I still remain
And dont know what to say.

My inspiration for this poem came from graduation.
I asked my dad about his old highschool friends, and if he was still in contact with any of them, and he said no, and that that almost never happens, staying in contact with school friends I mean.
That got me thinking about my friends, and how much I loved them. Then the though of losing them.
