The pain is worse
than one hundred knives
stabbing
right
     into
my
     heart.

The pain is worse
than one thousand shots
jabbing
right
     into
my
     arm

The pain is worse
than one hundred thousand rocks
nailing
right
     into
my
     head

All of this pain
is all because you are gone
and
     are
not
     withith

"This poem is about how someone can feel when they are missing someone. They could be missing someone for various reasons, either death, travels, breakups, etc. Something everyone feels when they miss someone deeply is pain."
