Never a Reason

I never understood why some say they wanna die
But on the inside they're screaming “thank god that i'm alive”
I guess it's human nature to blame ourselves
While others tend to sit back enjoying themselves
Look, the battle we fight favors the informed
Not the ones that wish they'd never been born
Life's unfair, we all know that, it doesn't care
It only wants to arbitrarily cut off our own air
So what if it gets tough
We learn how to play rough
So when our trials end lift up your own cup
Cuz there's never a reason to give up
