The true nostalgia of an old home
The true nostalgia of an old home
Here I sit, my eyes sealed shut
I recollect the golden rooms,
The sapphire sheats
And the diamond floor;
For the place I used to call home
Is but a dream I loathe
For the rooms were tarnished
The sheats were tattered
And the floor was dirt
But despite this cold shack
It is still golden in my thoughts
And in my heart.
