sleep paralysis
I see shadows all around
I see things no one else can see
I hate this feeling of being bound
Doctors diagnose and label ‘crazy’
The shadows have no sound
No one can see these things except me
The shadows always in my dreams
The nightmares are haunting
I wake up by the sound of screams
My mind enjoys this taunting
There's things that make no sense
Theres spaces in between
To be normal is daunting
To see these shadows all around
Inside my dreams haunting
I’ll face it directly
Nothing will change
It is to be
ill wear these chains
what will be, will be.
