A silent moon
and silent stars
A broken promise
and broken hearts
No one knows
because no one sees
The broken pieces of
silent memories.
Piece by piece
you find yourself
and cry out to God
"Please take this hell!
Please make me well!"
The tears
They fall
Like glistening stars
A puddle like the moon
A glowing moon
and glistening stars
A kept promise
and a healed heart.
