Love is offering someone your heart;
wishing, wanting.
For someone to come rescue,
Rescue you from the mess you're in.
Love is handing someone your heart;
pondering, praying.
They will protect it like it’s their own.
Love is giving someone your heart;
treasuring, trusting
Your love will hold on to,
Every piece of it as if
it was your last breath.
