Broken Heart

words can't describe what lies
within my heart
the doleful dread within my soul
how vulnerable it was for me a start
betrayal that really took a toll
i don't regret what i have done
stricken with sadness; the game i have won
they say that pain is temporary
they'll see me fly merrily
being crushed by unfortunate souls
only makes a human heartsick
believe me reinvent your goals
nothing kills them more to see you kick
start your life with confidence!
