Feeling of Guilt

More mistakes
More guilt
Strangling you like a boa constrictor
Urge to let everything out and come clean
Dreading a single phone call

Heart starts racing
Trying to focus on something other than the issue

Face begins to turn red
Head starts to ache
Trembling hands

Forehead sweats
Chills
Run down your spine

Anxiously waiting to hear your name called
The phone rings

Name announced in front of class
Long,
But short walk to the principal's office

Quick, think
Accept defeat, or
Dig an even deeper hole
And be left with more guilt
