I know what it's like to be afraid of your own mind
We’ll run from ourselves with our hands intertwined
Looking back at our past with untamed hearts
Oh, my love, we are works of art
Crafted by only the sweetest of pain
Tasting bliss while snow runs through our veins
We promised not to break each other when our wishes are granted
After death do us part, we stay enchanted
We’ll cry and fight and hurt ourselves
We’ll burn and bleed and destroy ourselves
We’ll turn into something beautiful
A personality so illusional
We’ll slit our teenage wrists
Break our adolescent fists
Validating our pain
Planning our way to fame
No one ever cares until you're dead
Our blood mixing with the tears we shed
Guns blowing up our heads
Painting the walls with red
Filling our audience with dread
“They don’t care about us, anyways,” you said
You told me “We have nothing to lose”
We’re bombs and they’ve lit our fuse
A contract signed with pills and booze
It’s an offer I can’t refuse
Bathing our tongues in acid
While symphonies play our ballad
Infusing our hearts with dynamite
Just one step closer to paradise
We’ll fall down and turn to ashes
We’ll hold hands and sleep in caskets
There’s nowhere else I’d rather be
You and I will sleep with the sea
Even after we’re gone
You and I are all I want
