Rainbow Eyes
Bright irises of infinite hues
What they see, they cannot choose
It's innate, a feeling
But certainly not bad
A different way of seeing
That's more vibrantly clad
Though, what is done to them
Dims their color
Sometimes it seems
They were made to suffer
But they dont fade to black and white
As many think they might
But some do go blind
Not seeing at all
Not blue or purple
Or any colors of the fall
They are unseeing
Letting nothing in
Until they rip out their eyes
To end the pain
Of a colorless world
