Pretty
Put on the makeup, put on the dress,
Don't I look pretty?
Run on the tredmill, only eat salad,
Don't I look pretty?
Have all the gold, have everything diamond,
Don't I look pretty?
Get a surgeon, make myslef plastic,
Aren't I pretty?
No.
Take off the makeup, take off the dress,
Sit up in bed and eat all the cake,
Wear the comfy clothes, take off the jewlery-
Be human.
Now, I am beautiful.

My hope for this poem is that this inspires other teenagers to love themselves for the way they are, and they are beautiful without changing a thing.
