A Little Star

Not a planet or a moon
I give you a little star
It is a hopeful thing
It promises a brilliant light
Here,
It will guide you when you are lost
Like a compass while at sea
It will make you feel small, yet big enough to reach it
I am trying to be your star
I give you a little star
Its twinkling glow will bring you a smile
Hopeful and true,
As we are
Take it
Its faint sparkle might be enough
If you like,
More than
It will remnd you of an image
Remind you of a dream
