How things would be different

if the wrinkles didn't form upon my 

fat cheeks each time I smiled

How things would be different 

if my hair was longer and lacked

its greasy texture and appearance

How things would be different

if my hips made me look like the woman

I'm suppose to be, instead of the child 

that I no longer am  

How things would be different

if my stomach layed flat while i stood, instead

of bulging from my clothes

How things would be different

if my chest had volume instead of

the resemblance of a top school desk

How things would be different if everytime I looked at myself in the mirror I didn't see something worthless
