to be read in the pouring rain
… Your eyes are like the oceans
Your smiles come in waves
A clear in the commotion
A calm I’d feel for days
… Your body is the forest
Walking aimlessly, I try
Gently to explore it
Oh, your heart could touch the sky
… Your mind is like a hurricane
But nobody could see it
So beautiful and uncontained
So desperately, I need it.

I did not write this song about a person, but for the whole world. For the oceans and the trees and the whisper of the breeze and the sky and the sun and the natural disasters that occur so magestically (and, of course, dangerously) around us.
But still, this song is about a person. One I have never met yet, or maybe just a collection of every one I have so far. I suppose I will just never know..
