Unconditional
You held my hands
Pecked my lips
And looked into my eyes
Such a simple actions
Were enough to give you my all
Staring into your eyes was like living in the woods
Beautiful with it’s colorful blossoms of nature
Yet poisonous like the creatures that hide within
You let me live a fantasy in those eyes
But when a spread of bitterness dimmed your vision
You left me alone in the cold dark part of yourself
A piece of you I wished never to have seen
I was so in love with you
It made me feel free
I chose to ignore your bitterness
And just when I thought I was there to stay
You took it away from me
Dragged me out
And gave another girl...
The place I used to call home
