My first touchdown
Playing a game in the friday night lights
Playing south is gonna be a dog fight
Getting in the huddle for the very next play
This play had to be perfect, done just like at practice
In my position behind the slot receiver
Ready to run my route to the sideline
The quarterback was reading the field
No one was open but me
I see him look my way, and c*** back his arm
The ball was thrown my way, in a perfect spiral
I reach out my hands for the ball
I snatch it out of the air, and pull it down to my chest
I look up field, trying to find the endzone
There is one guy in my way
Between me and the endzone
I turn my legs, running full speed for the pylon
I leap, stretch out the ball
Trying to score the touchdown
I am awaiting the call, to see if i scored
I look up at the ref, he lifts both of his arms into the air
Signaling a touchdown
The cheerleaders went crazy
So did the fans
As my coach jokes i finally have hands
It felt great to beat one of our biggest rivals
I will never forget this moment
My first touchdown, for the rest of my life!
