You’re new to my life,
But I can’t stop thinking about you.
I’ve never knew that you were possible.
How can I miss someone I’ve never met?
Spending my childhood wanting someone like you,
To braid my hair and paint my nails.
But I never got that,
I was you.
I braided the hair and painted the nails.
All ever wanted was someone like you in my life,
But I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
