The grass swayed back and forth
as if it were a lazy stream.
Thump, thump, thump echoes
as a lumbering beast walks.
The Mammoth.

He crouch-walks through the grass
without making a sound.
A group of hunters track prey...
stalking the animal for hours.
The Mammoth.

The animal's head snaps back
at the sound of rustling leaves.
The hunters grow still and silent,
the world became motionless.
The Mammoth.

The hunt is on,
the hunters surrounded their prey.
The beast did not go down easy,
but it eventually gave into the onslaught of the hunters.
The Mammoth.
