Rides of Life
My sweet still classroom of mine
This neat little paper full of lines
I write on this paper of mine
Hoping, maybe someday it will have a bindustry

 With hope of travel
 Kicking the sandy gravel
But still waiting for time to travel

I've been thinking about making time
With traveling still in my mind
Maybe travel in a RV of mine for sometime
While eating watermelon off the rind

 Still wanting to travel
Hoping not to see a judge bang a gavel
Let's go visit the White House
Yet all I do is share a crumb with a mouse

Still waiting to go on a trip
 I hear a rip,
 it was in my apron
Still waiting on tables for just a small tip

Hoping to make at least one trip
Got a baby at my hip
Maybe someday we will ride a blimp
I never got a trip but had the ride of my life,
wouldn't want any other rip tide.
