Robot Girl
This is a story about the robotic girl,
she looked like any other girl but,
she was only an unfeeling machine
every day doing only what programmed
to do. Others treated her like he was
human, they did not know she was different.
Afraid to cause harm she kept silent, slowly
the internalization of the secret started
to weigh heavily on her servos and wires.
She could feel now, she was more human,
does that matter now that she only felt sadness?
Staring in the mirror at her sad eyes a decision
was made, she would go back to her unfeeling self
before. With a cold tub of water and a shock,
she never felt again.

This poem I wrote about myself, I sometimes feel like I am an unfeeling robot, doing only what I know I should. I feel saddness, that is it.
