The Magic of Old Books
From cover to cover
A story is told.
It's a collection of words,
A language of old.
Its pages are worn,
Their color is faded.
The corners are bent,
The margins are decorated
But its ideas are the same.
The narrative is unchanging.
While the volume is lovingly worn,
The magic is unfailing.
