Backstabbed

He stabbed me in the back with a blazing knife
And what filled the air was me begging for life
He looked down at me with his deep cold eyes
Then what he spoke was some more of his lies
“I love you, I really do, but my love for her is more true”
Then he left me there in a puddle of my blood
Hot tears approaching and making my eyes flood
