  Night.
  A space between sound and silence.
  Onward and upward,
  the deep end.
  To wish someone else could do your soul-searching for you.
  A much needed dose of humor,
  to squeeze out one last day.
  You had to be there,
  it was her time to shine.

This piece was inspired by a type of poetry where random lines from magazines are used to create a poem of your own. I did one of these for engish and it ended up being my favorite poem that I wrote.
