Beyond the Clay
Nature's own slime,
nestled in the rocks
The walls of the serene riverbed
in which the water talks.
It speaks of the creatures,
roving in the hydrate
For they know their identity
yet endlessly migrate.
Nature's own slime,
nestled in the rocks
The walls of the serene riverbed
in which the water talks.
For this is the glue,
to the barrier of the sounds
Until one ventures in...
Then begins to hear them all around.

At a local creek people are often interested in the claywall, but there's so much more. There's crawdads, small fish, water lillies, little ripples of water that go over or around the rocks. There is always so much more.
