Poem of the mind
November 3, 2017
Life is hectic
as the mind gets darker
going on, delving deep, deeper, yet deeper.
Will I care if people love?
Or when help comes from above?
My fear will kick in,
while my smile feels like a sin.
All I know
is that thoughts pierce my heart
And more bad thoughts will start,
but things become deep, deeper, yet deeper.

When I wrote this poem, I feel it was meant to express how I felt about life because at times I felt like I lied to people with my expressions and didn't show them the true emotion I really felt.
