Hockey
While in the hockey rink
I observed the faces of proud parents
Faces glowing with happiness
The cool air temperature hits you in the face repeatedly
As you see the faces of overjoyed kids
On the ice having lots of fun
You will hear skates ripping through the ice
Coaches instructing players
Constant talking from them as well
And sticks slamming the ice
My home since I was 5 years old
Spending my days there
Watching hockey
And playing it
It is a very special place to me
It is a part of me
