A Sight to See
A reflection of red, yellow, and orange
Bright colors cover the surface,
Waters are blue
Skies are clear
Gentle waves rock the boat,
Back and forth back and forth
The little flags wave in the gentle breeze,
Just strong enough to move the cloth
A pelican perched on top of the vessel
Taking a break from its underwater hunts,
Sea breeze brings through the sent of salt
The water looks so warm and inviting
Sunlight sparkles as it reflects off the waves
The glimmer is blinding
But it is gorgeous,
A sight etched into my mind
Never to be forgotten
Never to disappear.
