I went to a metal show
far more crazy than the last
All these bands were bigger names
bigger than the last
I drank too much Surge
a lot more than I drank of last
I had friends and people there
far more than at the last
My boyfriend and his friends were there
this is different from the last
I was in the mosh pit, now
thats quite different from the last
I met people this time around
wow, now compare this to the last
I ignored my anxieties
it happened all so fast
For once I didn't care at all
Compare that to the past
