Simple Memorys
A simple kiss, a simple hug, a few small words; I fell in love.
A rainy night, A chilly breeze, A comfy sweater is what I need
A gorgeous smile, a beating heart, a protective hug; I’ve fallen apart
A satin sheet, an empty home, a tear stained face; I’m all alone
A sharpened edge, a bloodstained floor, a large crack from the years before
An empty word, a loud loud mind, a wail of being left behind
A dozen cobwebs, A shard of glass, A body yet to put to rest
A beating heart, A broken soul, A spike of love is what you stole.
A simple kiss, A Simple hug, A few small words; I fell in love
