Dreams
Surrounded
You stand alone in a sea of taxis
They wrap around you
Like a snake with its prey
Thrilled
You walk into a park
And feel a refreshing gust of wind
Just like the one years ago
Amazed
You see the leaves change colors
Many have already fallen
And clung to your knees
Relieved
You arrive at the diner
One you ate at before
With the one you hold dear
Muttering
You make fun of some suits
With their head held high
Because it’s an easy joke
Until
Honk
The car wakes you
And you go back to your unhappy cheerful life
