Views From another
My Grandson
oh
I Love him.
My son gave me-the
second best thing-
Dylan Christopher Tate.
You’re getting big
already 28 inches,
just like the world around you;
Please slow down.
Can’t wait for you to grow up
handsome young man.
You come over
Like every weekend.
Cherish
these occasions:
hikes in the woods, picking strawberries
and bonfires late at night.
Those memories.
I won’t be around
forever,
let’s make one's
You’ll never forget.
Love You
endlessly And permanently.

This piece is a poem I wrote, called Views From Another. I Came up with this when my class had to take our favorite photo and write a story or poem about it, than we had to take another perspective from the photo. The Photo I used was, My grandma Holding me when I was about 4 months old. At first I wrote from my perspective, then I changed it to my Grandma’s view. I honestly think it's really good, well at least out of the five I wrote. THis poem means a lot to because about a year and a half ago my grandma passed away. She was my favorite, she gave me a lot of inspiration for life. Thank you for taking the time to look over it, Means a lot for you just to do that.
