Wouldn’t die after being picked and people
Would spend more time looking for solutions
Than sulking over problems. If life was
Fair, no one would ever have to wonder and
Everything would have a purpose. If life
Was fair, people would not lack confidence, but
Have pride. Everyone would have someone to
Love and there would be no reason to fight. If
Life was fair, people could be unconditionally
Happy, and not have to filter their joy out of
Fear. But instead, life is not fair. So we sit
And wonder, alone and unhappy. Mislead, with
Bigger problems than we started with and dying
Flowers, and we try to make the most of whatever
Life is.
