The way of your words
You tell me it’s okay.
You tell me to breathe.
You tell me that you’re there.
Little do you know that,
Your voice could calm the oceans after a storm,
Your smile could make the sun shimmer more than it already does.
Your eyes could hold the universe in them.
But i can’t tell you that.
Because while i’m focusing on breathing,
You’re busy calming oceans after a storm,
Making the sun shimmer brighter than it already does,
And holding the universe in your eyes.
