A Summery Kind Of Wonderful
A float around in a cool crisp lake
The way pixies of light pranced and shimmered on the rising and falling surface, water thin over rocks,
  glinting in our eyes
the suns scent on our skin,
red faced and alive we were,
stepping into cool crisp mountain water.
We bob around, the sticky warm human sweat leaves the body,
sheds its glaze like a shiny layer of skin
  there we were
  with hopes of returning
  light in these thighs
  light in this head,
  Refreshed.
