A Boy
Next to me sits a boy who scares me
If I had talked to you a few weeks before I would have told you he’s nice
But now the boy I know now is no longer he
This boy shows me the worst of our world
The things that make me want to claw my eyes out
The things that made my skin curl
At those things, he smiles
He laughs, he giggles, and grins
And I want to step back
My thoughts form one terrifying sentence
What is he capable of doing if he finds humor in the worst?

This was inspired by a boy who sits next to me in Language Arts. He shows my his phone and what he has on it. When I see it I want to claw my eyes out and vomit.
