The Lost Of Love
As I look into the sky, I think of you.
Our memories, and love stories.
All I could think is why this all happened to you
When I got the phone call, tears instantly began to fall.
I miss you like crazy but no one understands
Powerful love in advance.
I miss the feel of your hands.
Sweet cologne pressed against my bones as we embrace the love that has grown.
You and I alone, just one more time.
If you were still here, would you still be mine?
This piece was inspired by a video I seen on social media, a female losing the love of her life to suicide. I hope people gain strength from this poem, that even though you have lost someone they will always be your guardian angel.
