Summer
For every dark night, there is a brighter day. But what if that isn't true. What if we are just forcing ourselves to believe that each day is getting better? Are we lying to ourselves when we say that for every smile we force ourselves through, we actually feel happier. Summer is coming. The warmth of the sun will melt the layer of ice that has formed around your body. Summer is coming. Soon enough our only problem will be balancing the last piece of a popsicle on its stick. Then all of a sudden summer is here. It isn't what we anticipated. It just sort of passes by.
